Can we choose the songs for our wedding?
Absolutely! We’ll work with you to select up to two songs per event (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc.). Just let us know your choices at least one month in advance, and we’ll make sure they’re perfectly arranged for your style and story.

 Do you offer music for both the ceremony and the reception?
Yes, we cover every moment—from guest arrival to your first dance. For each segment, you can pick up to 2 special songs, as long as we receive them 30 days before the big day.

Can you accommodate song requests on the day of the wedding?
To guarantee the best performance, we don't take requests during the wedding. All selections must be finalized one month prior. This way, we ensure every song sounds flawless and fits seamlessly into your timeline.

CORPORATE EVENT QUESTIONS

How do you ensure the music fits our  brand?
We’ll collaborate with you to understand your company’s brand values and event goals. Our performance will create a professional atmosphere that aligns perfectly with your company’s image.

Can you work with other vendors we’ve hired for the event?
Of course! We regularly coordinate with event planners, AV teams, and other vendors to ensure seamless integration and flawless execution. 

LOGISTICS AND CUSTOMIZATION

Do you travel for events?
Yes, we’re happy to travel to your event location. Travel fees may apply and will be shared as part of our quote.

What types of ensembles do you offer?
We offer a range of ensembles, from solo performers to string quartets and hybrid setups with live musicians and backing tracks. Our packages are fully customizable to meet your event’s size and style.

Do you provide your own equipment?
Absolutely. We bring our own instruments and music stands, and we also count with wireless, battery-powered audio systems. This means we can set up beautifully anywhere—whether it's on the beach, up in the mountains, or inside a grand ballroom—without relying on external power sources. For select events, we can also provide additional amplification when needed. If amplification is supplied by Satie Music Performance, an extra fee may apply and will be clearly stated in your quote. We’re always glad to coordinate with your venue or AV team to ensure a seamless technical setup and an elevated guest experience.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes! We’re happy to meet with you to discuss your event details and preferences. You can fill out our contact form to schedule your complimentary consultation. If you choose to move forward, you’ll be paired with a dedicated concierge who will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the entire planning process, at no additional cost.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies based on the ensemble size, duration of performance, and travel requirements. Contact us for a personalized quote tailored to your event.

What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled right after we complete the soundcheck and before the event begins, ensuring everything is set up to your satisfaction.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rescheduling. Cancellation policies and fees are outlined in your contract.
